    We believe in going the extra mile. While the State of Florida does not regulate the inflatable industry, we took courses and became certified in safety to bring you the piece of mind that your children are using equipment that has been properly inspected and installed. No other companies take the time or interest in educating themselves on how to properly install and use the devices.
    Beware of companies or people that do not have proper training and/or experience and their only interest is making fast cash.
     
  • Licensed and Insured

    Where’s Da Party is licensed and insured in the State of Florida. While other companies turn you down because they cannot deliver at any city/county parks, we can! We will help with all of the paper work needed with no extra or hidden fees. Just reserve your park and give us a call with the information and we will take care of the rest.
  • Cleanliness and Equipment Care

    While other companies pride themselves in pressure cleaning the equipment on a weekly or daily basis, our study and experience have demonstrated that those techniques, far from disinfecting and cleaning the equipment, they damage the seams, making the equipment un-safe and prompt failure.

    Where’s Da Party’s approach is completely different and more detailed oriented. Instead of a quick pressure wash, our bounce houses are manually disinfected, hand washed (interior/exterior) and allowed to air dry completely before storing. Our installers are instructed to enter the units to clean and disinfect them before and after each use. During this process notes will be made of any wear and tear to insure that the quality of our units are safe for proper use.

    Our rental equipment is carefully inspected everytime after each use, concession machines clean and inspected for problems.
  • Customer Satisfaction

    We try our best to offer you better quality, service and selection than the competition at rates that are comparable. Some customers have asked if we price match, too many times have we seen or heard about other companies' equipment being dirty, late for delivery, having holes that are duct taped together, broken floor ties, poor inflation due to excessive wear, and in many cases they just don't show up.

    The products that we use are are top quality, our tables and chairs are in good condition and taken out of comission when they start to show signs of excessive wear, the same rule applies to the rest of our rental equipment. There are reasons we pay so much money for cleaners, drivers, repair, etc. It's for our customers. We pride ourselves in our service, quality and cleanliness and while we can't promise nothing will ever go wrong (it can happen) we will do our best to make sure it won't be during your event.
